While other trainers focused on yelling and screaming, Ollie Kerr drew on his professional coaching background and harnessed the power of positivity to get the best results for his clients. With an extensive background in sport coaching and 8-years’ experience within the fitness industry he has developed a training style that is both to the point and extremely effective. During his time spent working as a personal trainer, Ollie has been fortunate enough to train numerous personalities from the entrainment industry and has been featured in various fitness publications.
Surfing, snowboarding, mountaineering and photography are passions but his true desire lies in teaching people how to adapt their lifestyle to get optimal body and mind results. Movement is a lifestyle and Ollie aspires to embody this – day in day out.

The centre built in a beautiful Victorian building offers an impressive 120+ station gym, swimming pools and day spa.
